Please choose a model that suits your purpose and application from two types with different ultimate pressures and exhaust speeds (DY-P and DY-MP). ■ DY-P Type The exhaust system is composed solely of an oil rotary vacuum pump, achieving an ultimate pressure of ×10 Pa. ■ DY-MP Type The exhaust system consists of an oil rotary vacuum pump and a mechanical booster, achieving an ultimate pressure of ×1 Pa, which is one order of magnitude better than the DY-P type, and provides a large exhaust speed due to the mechanical booster. It is suitable for the bulk processing of workpieces containing a lot of gases.
